In 2002, Harvest Bible Fellowship was founded through the leadership of James MacDonald, Senior Pastor of Harvest Bible Chapel in Chicagoland. Pastor James and his wife, Kathy, have committed their lives to the ministry of God’s Word. Today, by God’s grace, more than 110 Harvest Bible Chapels are impacting communities around the world and seeing lives transformed through the power of the gospel.

In September 2006, Michael met Pastor James MacDonald and responded to the call to plant Harvest St. Louis in partnership with Harvest Bible Fellowship.

Harvest Dayton, OH
Dale grew up in a Christian home and became a Christian at a young age. He was called to full-time ministry in the summer of 1996 at Momentum Youth Conference.
Entering Moody Bible Institute immediately after high school, Dale completed his B.A. in pastoral studies. While attending Moody, he sat under the teaching of Pastor James MacDonald and served in a variety of roles in the youth ministry. He then completed his M. Div. at Grace Theological Seminary in Winona Lake, Indiana.
During those years, God put in Dale’s heart a desire to see lives changed and the gospel spread through the planting of new churches. After pastoring two churches in Pennsylvania and Ohio, Dale planted Grace Connections Church in the northwest suburbs of Dayton in 2008. Later, Dale accepted an invitation to join Harvest Bible Fellowship and replant that church as Harvest Bible Chapel Dayton. He believes Harvest’s model and core values are the best expression of how God would want church to be done.
